During this 2-day course we will focus upon a variety of yoga styles, honing skills in sequencing for physical, energetic, and mental outcomes. We will work on observation and feedback loops when on the mat, safe and effective cuing, use of vocal tone and language, and integrity among learning methodologies (kinaesthetic, visual, and auditory).
The Red Door Yoga® Teaching Practicum Intensive course is approved by the Yoga Alliance and Yoga BC for 16 Continuing Education Credits.
