SUNDAY 4:30pm SEVA Yoga by Donation Class

SEVA = "Selfless Service"

Every Sunday (with the exception of long weekends), we donate our studio space, while Red Door Yoga Teachers & Teachers-in-Training donate their teaching time. Attendees are asked to bring $5 cash and a canned food item to be donated to the Loaves & Fishes Community Foodbank. All are welcome!
