This 2-day course will explore the four goals (purusharthas) of a balanced Yogic life according to Ayurveda. Utilizing the purusharthas, we will explore how balance works for each course participant, on the path of enlightenment. This course will guide you to explore your personal path with honesty and discernment to understand the shifts that you may need to make to find balance now, and in the future along your journey.
