This 1-day course is aimed at increasing both the depth and breadth of your asana repertoire. Note that most of these poses require either an increased level of flexibility and/or strength than postures introduced in the YFL Part 1 course. As a result many of these poses may require the practice of preparation poses before they can be achieved. With this in mind, a suggested list of preparatory poses have been given for each pose.
The Red Door Yoga® Asana Level 2 course is approved by the Yoga Alliance and Yoga BC for 8 Continuing Education Credits.
