The Advanced Prop Usage course is meant to deepen your understanding of how to use props mindfully to release physical tension, increase strength, improve alignment and balance within the musculoskeletal system. Examples of prop usage has been divided into four sections: straps; blocks (cork and foam chip); bolsters (round and rectangular); sandbags.
The Red Door Yoga® Advanced Prop Usage course is approved by the Yoga Alliance and Yoga BC for 8 Continuing Education Credits.
