Yin Yoga offers a unique way to stimulate and release the body's connective tissues, like tendons, ligaments, bones and joints. It's great for all student levels, and is a perfect contrast to the more active "yang" styles - bringing balance to your practice. Expect a deeper awareness and longer holds as you focus on the hips, pelvis and lower spine. No prior experience necessary - bring a blanket with you if available.
